Our Story

Originally founded in 2014, Delissitude was created to give individuals with dietary restrictions a local option for baked goods.

In 2025, Delissitude changed ownership. With fresh ideas, a new evolving menu, new recipes, and a new location, Delissitude is on track to be the premier gluten-free bakery in Alberta.
